Despite divorce, parents live in the same house, Shahzad Sheikh revealed

Lahore: Shahzad Sheikh, son of senior actor Javed Sheikh of Pakistani film and drama industry, has revealed that his parents still live in the same house with him despite divorce.

Actor Shahzad Sheikh recently appeared on comedian-actor-host Ahmed Ali Butt’s podcast where he opened up about his parents’ separation.

Shahzad Sheikh said that my mother Zeenat Mangi has played an important role in the upbringing of me and my sister Momal Sheikh because after the divorce between our parents, we both siblings lived with our mother.

He said that despite the divorce, my mother never stopped us from meeting my father (Javed Sheikh), when we two siblings had school holidays, my mother used to send us to my father in Lahore so that we could spend our holidays. Be able to spend with your father and other family members.

The actor said that now our entire family lives in father’s house, mother lives in the upper floor while father lives in the lower floor of the house.

Shahzad Sheikh said that my parents are still regretting that they took a wrong decision by getting a divorce, but the quarrels between them are still the same as they were years ago.

He advises married couples, adding that if your marriage is troubled and you decide to divorce, please! Before taking the decision of divorce, think about your children once because parental separation affects the lives of children.

It should be noted that senior actor Javed Sheikh was first married to Zeenat Mangi, with whom he has a daughter Momal Sheikh and a son Shahzad Sheikh, their marriage lasted only for three years and then ended in divorce.

After the failure of his first marriage, Javed Sheikh met Salma Agha during the shooting of a film, after some time they decided to get married but unfortunately this marriage of the actor could last only for three years.
