Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar said that the issue of Pakistan-Iran gas pipeline is old and complicated but every decision will be taken in the interest of Pakistan.

In a press conference in Islamabad, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar said that no matter what the US or any other country says, Pakistan will decide by putting its own interests first, and Pakistan will not allow anyone to veto its affairs.

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has said that a special representative was appointed regarding the incidents of Islamophobia at the global level on our proposal in the meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (VIC).

During the press conference, Ishaq Dar said that a meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) was held in Gambia, an African country, where Pakistan was represented and instead of the prime minister, I represented Pakistan in the forum of 57 countries.

He said that there were three points on the main agenda in the meeting, among which was to take a comprehensive decision and full cooperation for what is happening with the Muslim brothers and sisters on Gaza.

The foreign minister called for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, an end to the use of indiscriminate force and efforts to deliver humanitarian aid to the besieged Palestinians and urged the UN Security Council to implement its resolution.

He said that the settlement of the Israelis in the Palestinian territories should be stopped and the property of the local Palestinians should be stopped and unless Palestine is recognized as an independent state according to the 1967 border, the capital of which will not be Al-Quds, then the problem of Palestine will not be solved. Ishaq Dar said that my second agenda was the Kashmir issue and the third agenda was to talk to develop a plan of action of like-minded countries against the increasing incidents of Islamophobia at the global level and our team fulfilled its responsibility.
