Former Australian cricketer appointed head coach of American team

Former Australian cricketer Stuart Law has been appointed as the head coach of the American cricket team.

Former Australia batsman Astor Law has been announced as the head coach of the US team for the ICCT20 World Cup, he has represented the Kangaroos in one Test and 54 ODIs.

The former cricketer has extensive experience playing first class for Queensland in Australia and county cricket in England.

Steve Law, who became the head coach of the American team, says that America is a strong associate country, we will try to make a strong squad for the T20 World Cup, the first task is the series against Bangladesh where we will try to get the best results.

On the other hand, Australian all-rounder Glenn Maxwell will play in the US Major League, while Travis Head and Steve Smith will also join the Washington Freedom coached by Ricky Ponting.
