Haider Taqi, in-charge of Jang editorial page, passed away

Syed Haider Taqi, senior journalist and in-charge of daily Jang’s editorial page, passed away.

Syed Haider Taqi’s funeral prayer will be offered today after Zuhr Namaz at Imam Bargah Yathrab Phase 4 Defense Karachi.

Haider Taqi was the son of Syed Muhammad Taqi, a famous philosopher of Pakistan and former editor of daily Jang.

Rais Amrohavi was his maternal aunt and Jun Elia was his uncle. Syed Haider Taqi is survived by his wife, one son and two daughters.
