Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court has said that Azam Khan and Asad Majeed could have been star witnesses in the cipher case, but Asad Majeed did not say anything that he could be a star witness.

A hearing was held in the Islamabad High Court on the appeal of Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood Qureshi against the sentence in the cipher case. Salman Safdar said that this trial has been very expensive for the Foreign Office. He came from the UAE two or three times to give a statement. The Chief Justice said that we are discussing whether the ambassador can be called.
