Ajmer: In India, unknown miscreants entered the mosque and martyred the imam by torturing him.
According to Indian media, Imam Masjid was allegedly tortured and killed by three masked miscreants in the Kanchannagar area of ​​Ajmer, Rajasthan, on Saturday morning.
The police say that at the time of the incident, the 30-year-old imam of the mosque, Maulana Muhammad Mahir, was present in the Muhammadi mosque along with his students when three masked miscreants allegedly tortured him with sticks.
According to Ramganj police, when the police reached the mosque after receiving information about the incident, they found Maulana Muhammad Mahir covered in blood. The body was shifted to Jawaharlal Nehru Hospital in Ajmer for post-mortem.
The students told the police that the accused had also threatened to kill them for making noise. The attackers also took Imam’s mobile phone with them.
