IPL; Lucknow Supergiants owner angry at captain of his own franchise, video goes viral

In the 57th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL), the owner of Lucknow Supergiants got angry with the captain of his own franchise.

Yesterday, Sunrisers Hyderabad defeated the Lucknow Supergiants team by 10 wickets in an important match, giving a blow to the chances of qualifying to the play-off stage.

At the end of the match, Lucknow Supergiants (LSG) owner Sanjeev Goenka lashed out at the team captain, the video of which is going viral on social media.

Indian cricketer and Lucknow Supergiants captain KL Rahul, who was left out of the T20 World Cup squad due to his poor form, looked upset over the defeat, while the franchise owner was also angry with the captain.

In the video, it can be seen that Sanjeev Goenka is scolding the captain KL Rahul for the worst defeat while the captain is listening to his words with courage.

Batting first in this match, the Lucknow Supergiants team managed to score 165 runs for the loss of 4 wickets in the allotted 20 overs, while Sunrisers Hyderabad achieved the target without any loss in just 9.4 overs.

Abhishek Sharma and Travis Head played a blistering innings of 75 and 89 runs, while the captain of the defeated team, KL Rahul, could score just 29 runs off 33 balls.
