Jamaat-e-Islami’s announcement to go to the Supreme Court against the election results

Karachi: Amir Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman has said that a truly representative government of the people should be formed by issuing the results according to Form 45. Jamaat-e-Islami is filing a petition in the Supreme Court in this regard.

Hafiz Naeemur Rahman while talking to journalists and answering questions in “Meet the Press” at Karachi Press Club said that it is necessary for the supremacy of the constitution and law in the country, survival of democracy, improvement of economy and relief from crises. Nawaz League, People’s Party and MQM should withdraw from the government that emerged from the results of fake Form 47.

He said that all the institutions should go back to their constitutional position, the Chief Justice should take action in this regard, a higher judicial commission should be constituted and a real representative government should be formed by issuing the results according to the original Form 45. It will not be long, if the Nawaz League thinks that it has the support of America and the establishment is with it, then it should understand that the country will not be able to move forward by violating democracy and the constitution.

Hafiz Naeemur Rahman said that everyone will have to approach, only then a way out will be possible, otherwise we will have to face the anger and usurpation of the people. In the current situation, the parties included in PDM should also apologize to the nation that they wrongfully terminated the government and these parties should also clarify what they are protesting against, protesting against the violation of the constitution and the destruction of democracy. or that they did not get their share. Today everyone will have to admit their mistakes.

He said that Jamaat-e-Islami’s rights Karachi movement will again advance in a stronger and more energetic manner. In the local elections in Karachi and then in the general elections, Jamaat-e-Islami’s mandate was killed, the seats won were taken away and our position in this regard is the same as before. There is an option of no confidence against the occupying mayor which will be exercised at an appropriate time.
