The District and Sessions Court of Islamabad, while hearing the May 9 case against the PTI founder and other PTI leaders, reserved its decision on Asad Umar’s acquittal plea.

Judge Shabir Bhatti of the District and Sessions Court of Islamabad heard the case.

During the hearing, Asad Umar appeared in the court along with his lawyers, Sardar Bhagzi and Amna Ali.

Lawyer Amina Ali said that there is an allegation to the extent of Ema, there is no evidence in the challan, arguments have been made on the plea of ​​acquittal to the extent of Asad Umar.

Judge Shabbir Bhatti said that Asad will order on the plea of ​​acquittal up to Umar.

Along with this, the court reserved the decision on Asad Umar’s plea of ​​acquittal.

Lawyer Sardar Bizhy requested to release the production orders of PTI founder and Shah Mehmood Qureshi.

Judge Shabir Bhatti inquired that the acquittal request of the founder of PTI has been filed.

Lawyer Sardar Busy replied that the acquittal application has not been filed, the production applications have been filed.

The court adjourned the hearing of the case.
