JUI did not get permission to hold a rally in Karachi

Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) did not get permission to hold a rally in Karachi.

In this regard, Deputy Commissioner Sharqi says that JUI was not allowed to hold a meeting on the report of SSP East.

The SSP East report said that large public gatherings are not allowed in the city in view of the recent incidents of terrorism.

Earlier, a traffic plan was issued for the JUIF rally to be held today at New MA Jinnah Road in Karachi.

According to traffic police, the traffic coming from Sharjah Qaidin will not be allowed to go beyond Noorani signal, people can take Khalid bin Waleed road on the right side from Noorani signal.

Traffic coming from University Road will be diverted from Jail Chowrangi to Shaheed Millat, traffic coming from Jamshed Road from Jail Chowrangi will be diverted towards Soldier Bazar.

The traffic police said that heavy traffic coming from Nazimabad and Tin Hatti will not be allowed to go to Gurmand from Lasbela.
