K Electric’s 7-year investment plan continues to be decided

Nepra has released the decision on K Electric’s 7-year investment plan.

In this regard, K Electric’s Owais Munshi says that the decision on the 7-year tariff is still pending, the ongoing decision on the investment worth 2 billion dollars is 240 pages long.

He said that the issuance of the decision regarding service of Karachi is a milestone, the investment plan is an important development for the stability of Karachi’s electricity system.

The spokesperson said that the previous multi-year tariff had expired in June 2023.
