Measles epidemic claimed the lives of 5 innocent children

An uncontrollable measles epidemic in Sukkur claimed the lives of 5 innocent children in a week.

According to the local people, the children who died due to measles are aged between one and a half years to 5 years.

According to the heirs and local people, more than 10 children are still suffering from measles in Lal Mashaikh area.

According to Deputy Commissioner Sukkur Mohammad Bakhsh Dharijo, we have started a campaign regarding measles in the affected area, we have received information about the deaths of 4 children.

He further said that samples of other children have been taken from Lal Mashaikh area, when the report comes, it will be confirmed whether the deaths of the children were due to measles or the case is something else.
