New Democratic Party chief Jagmeet Singh wants to visit Pakistan

Jagmeet Singh, head of the New Democratic Party (NDP), Canada’s third largest political party and an ally of the ruling Liberal government, has said that Pakistan has Nankana Sahib and Kartarpur, my heart wants to go to Pakistan.

In a special interview with Jang in Toronto, NDP chief Jagmeet Singh said, “I am proud of the Pakistani community living in Canada.” The Pakistani community is making great progress here.

He said that Pakistanis speak different languages, from Balochistan to Sindh and Punjab and meet people from different regions. I also have many friends from Punjab. I am proud of everyone.

When asked about the resolution presented by his party NDP in the Canadian Parliament, Jagmeet Singh said that before this resolution, it was felt that Canada’s policy towards Palestine was not based on justice.

He said that Canada did not understand the problems of Palestine, it is sad that children are dying and people are dying. Our party pushed through a resolution that changed Canadian policy.

He said that I am grateful to all the communities whose pressure has brought Canada’s policy towards Palestine towards justice.
