PIA Air Hostesses Suspended in Customs Detention at Toronto Airport

KARACHI: Air hostesses of Pakistan Airlines (PIA) detained by Customs at Toronto Airport were suspended from their jobs.

According to the details, yesterday, the female air hostess posted on the flight of national airline PIA from Lahore to Toronto was detained at the Toronto airport, but she has been suspended.

According to the PIA spokesperson, Hina Sani has been suspended on the charge of violation of discipline.

The spokesman said that the PIA air hostess was detained due to the presence of prohibited items.

According to the spokesman, the air hostess was released by the customs officials after a long interrogation, Hina Sani was not posted as an air hostess on the return flight number PK 798.

According to the spokesman, the air hostess has been suspended under disciplinary action and departmental action will be taken.
