Preparing for Olympics without javelin, Javelin Tharoor Mohammad Yasir
Javelin thrower Muhammad Yasir is busy preparing for the Olympic qualifying round without the long throw javelin.
After Arshad Nadeem, Muhammad Yasir is the second ranked javelin thrower of Pakistan who is currently busy preparing for the events to be held in China and South Korea from May 25 to 30 at the Punjab Stadium Lahore, which are also Olympic qualifying rounds.
Mohammad Yasir said in a conversation with Geo News that I have the training that I am doing and as far as the facilities are concerned, I do not have a javelin.
He said that the javelin is not for long throw, I have to get a javelin which for some reason could not be found till now.
Mohammad Yasir said that I am currently preparing for the events in China and South Korea, hopefully I will be able to qualify for the Olympics.
He said that the heat has increased, I am training late, pray for me that I also make the name of the country bright like Arshad Nadeem.
Muhammad Yasir’s coach Fayyaz Bukhari says that Muhammad Yasir is currently throwing between 82 and 85 meters, Muhammad Yasir has a lot of chances to qualify for the Olympics.
He said that the javelin that Muhammad Yasir has is for throwing up to 80 meters, he needs to throw up to 90 and 100 meters, hopefully he will get it soon.
