Prime Minister’s meeting with Emir of Kuwait, discussion on bilateral economic and other issues

Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Meshaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah met in Riyadh.

According to the announcement, the Prime Minister and the Emir of Kuwait met on the sidelines of a special session of the World Economic Forum.

According to the statement, the Prime Minister expressed his gratitude for the congratulatory letter from the Emir of Kuwait on his re-election and congratulated Sheikh Meshaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on assuming the post of Emir.

The Prime Minister also expressed his desire to work together to transform bilateral relations into economic partnership.

According to the declaration, bilateral relations were discussed and the regional situation, especially the Gaza crisis, was discussed.

According to the statement, the Prime Minister also invited the Emir of Kuwait to pay an official visit to Pakistan soon.
