Rain expected tomorrow with wind in Karachi

Rain with wind is predicted in various cities of Sindh including Karachi from tomorrow.

According to the Meteorological Department, the series of western winds is continuously affecting the upper regions of the country, this system will enter the southern and western regions of the country from today.

The Meteorological Department has said that on April 13 and 14, wind and rain are expected in Karachi, Sukkur, Larkana and other places of Sindh.

There is a possibility of moderate and heavy rain in different areas of Sindh.

Balochistan: Westerly system influences, strong winds and rain

Meanwhile, the western weather system has started to affect Northeast Balochistan.

As a strong westerly monsoon wave entered Balochistan from the north, unusual gale force winds started blowing in Qila Abdullah, Pashin, Khanuzai, Muslim Bagh, Ziarat and Sanjawi, while strong winds started blowing in Chaman, Malakand, Ziarat, Kozhak Top and Sheila Bagh. It started raining.

The flow of traffic on the Quetta Chaman highway is affected by strong winds and torrential rains.

PDMA has issued a high alert on the weather situation, according to which winds of 30 to 40 km per hour will hit the Pak-Afghan border from south to north.

PDMA has issued a warning to all district deputy commissioners across the province indicating the possibility of flooding due to heavy rain and hailstorm.

Chance of rain tomorrow in Lahore too

On the other hand, the weather is likely to remain dry and hot in most districts of Punjab, including Lahore, but the forecast may remain partly cloudy in upper districts.

According to the Meteorological Department, storm is expected in Murree, Guliyat, Rawalpindi, Attock, Chakwal, DG Khan, Bhakkar, Leh and Multan, while rain and hail are also expected at a few places.

The Meteorological Department has indicated the possibility of rain in Lahore tomorrow.
