bill to: The Afghan Ministry of Defense has rejected Pakistan’s claims that Afghan nationals were involved in the attack on Chinese engineers in Bisham last month.

According to the report of the news agencies, Mufti Inayatullah Khorazmeem, the spokesman of the Ministry of National Defense of Afghanistan, said in a statement that Afghan citizens are not involved in any such attack.

He said that blaming Afghanistan for such incidents is a failed attempt to divert attention from the reality of the matter and we strongly reject it.

Mufti Inayatullah Khorazmeem said that the killing of Chinese citizens in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region under the tight security of Pakistan Army is showing the weakness of Pakistani security agencies.

He accused Pakistan of trying to divert attention by blaming Kabul and said that we strongly reject this impression. Afghan citizens are not involved in any such matter.

It should be remembered that in March, there was a suicide attack on the vehicle of Chinese engineers in Bisham, as a result of which 6 people, including the Pakistani driver, were killed and the said engineers were working on the construction of a dam in the Karakoram highway.

Director General (DG) of Pakistan Army Public Relations (ISPR) Major General Ahmed Sharif said during the press conference that the suicide attack on the vehicle of Chinese engineers in Bisham was planned in the neighboring country of Afghanistan and the suicide was committed. The bomber was an Afghan citizen.

He said that despite continuous demands and evidences, banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) is still active from Afghanistan. The end may also come out in Afghanistan.

Relations between Afghanistan’s ruling Taliban and Pakistan have soured in recent months, as Islamabad’s demands that the Afghan government take action against terrorists targeting Pakistan have been largely ignored, and in March, Pakistan threatened Afghanistan. Air operations were also conducted against terrorists in the border areas.
