Special honor of Pakistan for Commander General Turkish forces

General Selcuk, the commander of the Turkish army, was awarded Nishan Imtiaz Military.

A special ceremony to confer Pakistan’s special honor on Gen. Selcock was held at the President’s House.

The visiting military chief met President Asif Ali Zardari at the President’s House, in which matters related to defense cooperation between the two countries were discussed.

The President said that Turkey has always supported Pakistan on fundamental issues, Pakistan is proud of its relations with Turkey.

Earlier, the Turkish military commander also met with Army Chief General Asim Munir.

According to ISPR, the distinguished guest appreciated the role of Pakistan Army in ensuring peace and stability in the region.

On the arrival of GHQ, the Turkish military commander laid a wreath on the Martyr’s Memorial, Pakistan Army’s Chak Choband troops also presented a guard of honor to the distinguished guest.
