State Bank’s reserves increased by 4 million dollars in a week
KARACHI: The State Bank of Pakistan has said that foreign exchange reserves increased by $4 million to $8.3 billion in a week.
According to the State Bank, the deposits of commercial banks in one week exceeded 5 billion 40 million dollars with an increase of 3.30 million dollars.
In one week, the reserves of the State Bank and commercial banks increased by a total of 37 million dollars, the country’s total reserves have increased to 13 billion 427 million dollars.

Today was a historic day in Pakistan stock market, the index crossed the level of 67 thousand, the market closed at 67 thousand 142 points with an increase of 594 points, a total of 350 companies’ shares were traded throughout the day.
The share prices of 211 companies increased while the shares of 110 companies decreased, more than 415.6 million shares were traded in the market, more than 15.95 billion worth of shares were traded in the stock market. The highest level was 67,246 while the lowest level was 66,690 points.
