Tehreek-e-Insaf has released a white paper on the alleged rigging in the general elections

Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf has issued a white paper against the alleged rigging in the general elections and said that we are winning 180 seats, and are demanding the establishment of a judicial commission.

Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Barrister Gohar Ali, Secretary General Umar Ayub, Shibli Faraz, Rauf Hasan, Meher Banu Qureshi addressed the press conference. Barrister Gohar Ali said that a press conference is being held today under one agenda. They are going to release a white paper containing and are also putting forward the demand to establish a judicial commission.

Barrister Gauhar said that the governments ended in January, we made a lot of efforts to make the elections free and fair, but we were stopped from all sides by the election campaign.

He said that at many places, the papers of our candidates were rejected, the election symbol was taken away without accepting the intra-party election, but still we did not go for boycott.

Barrister Gohar Ali said that the internet was shut down on February 8, and when the election was held, the results were not accepted through Form 45, which is why our protest continues till date.

Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf said that we are winning 180 seats, he said that we filed a petition in the Supreme Court and we have filed 158 petitions across the country so far.

Leader of PTI and Leader of Opposition in National Assembly Umar Ayub said in the press conference that the constituencies which we have pointed out many times were changed through Form 47 the next day and by changing the votes of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf, Kanwal Shuzab, Meher Banu Qureshi was defeated.

He said that there was open rigging in the by-elections, we still demand that the Chief Election Commissioner should resign.

PTI leader Shibli Faraz said that earlier when the constitution was flouted and when we resigned from KP and Punjab, elections were not held in 90 days.

He said that in 16 months, the country suffered a severe economic disaster, when the general election was announced, the papers were taken from the candidates and our election symbol was taken away from us, after which we were independent through different election symbols. Participated in the election.

Shibli Faraz further said that the people have given their right through votes and we got more than three crore votes, but our votes were given to the losers and they won.

Brigadier Retired Mossadeq Abbasi said that this white paper contains the details of all the cases, 90% of our candidates’ papers were rejected and 90% of ROs’ decisions were returned. He said that according to the results at three o’clock in the night, independent candidates had won in 154 seats, but all the results were changed the next morning.
