The IMF has predicted a reduction in inflation and unemployment in Pakistan

Islamabad: The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has predicted a decline in inflation and unemployment in Pakistan.

The IMF has released the World Economic Outlook Report 2024 in which inflation and unemployment are predicted to decrease in Pakistan.

According to the IMF, the economic growth rate will increase to 3.5 percent next year, while the economic growth rate is expected to reach 2 percent this year and 3.5 percent next year.

Expecting a reduction in inflation and unemployment this fiscal year, it has been said that inflation will be 24.8 percent this year and 12.7 percent next year.

The report further states that unemployment is likely to remain at 8 percent this year and 7.5 percent next year.
