A meeting was held in the Chief Minister House chaired by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.

According to the spokesman, the chief minister and the provincial cabinet participated in the meeting.

Federal Minister Ahsan Iqbal, Khalid Maqbool, Mossadegh Malik, Jam Kamal, Attaullah Tarar attended the meeting.

Chief Minister Sindh congratulated Shehbaz Sharif on being elected as the Prime Minister and said that Sindh has more representation in the Prime Minister’s cabinet as well.

Murad Ali Shah said that Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb, Jam Kamal and Qaiser Sheikh live in Karachi and Khalid Maqbool is from Karachi, I think now the problems of Sindh will be solved on priority basis.

He said that the Prime Minister has the ability to solve big problems quickly.

Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah told the Prime Minister in a briefing that the flood of 2022 had caused havoc, the reconstruction phase had started after the destruction of the flood.

He said that it was agreed that 70 percent of the funding would be provided by donor agencies, 30 percent of funding would be provided by the federal and Sindh governments, donor agencies gave 557.79 billion rupees.
