There is pressure to live up to the trust with which I have been brought back, Mohammad Amir

Fast bowler Mohammad Amir, who came to the Pakistan team after four years, says that the comeback feels like it is his debut series, the pressure is on to live up to the trust with which I have been brought back.

In an interview released by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Mohammad Amir said that there is something different about playing for the country, it is a different feeling when you have a star on your chest.

Muhammad Amir said that the goal for which I have been brought is the World Cup. Pakistan team has played the semi-final and final, now the line has to be crossed.

He said that my fitness level is much better today than before, I feel fitter today than in 2019, unless you are fit you can’t do anything on the ground, skill without fitness is of no use.

Muhammad Aamir also said that Begum and daughters gave me a lot of encouragement.
