Turkey stopped all trade with Israel

Ankara: Turkey has cut off all trade relations with Israel over the lack of a cease-fire in Gaza.

According to the American media outlet Bloomberg, Turkish sources say that Turkey has banned all types of imports and exports from Israel, but Turkey has not officially announced it yet.

It should be noted that last month, Turkey banned the export of certain products to Israel until the announcement of a cease-fire in Gaza.

According to the Turkish Statistical Institute, the trade between the two countries was 6.8 billion dollars in 2023, of which 76% were Turkish exports.

On the other hand, Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz says that Turkish President Erdoğan is breaking all agreements with Turkey.

On the social media website, the Israeli foreign minister wrote that this is the behavior of a dictator who ignores international trade agreements and undermines the interests of the Turkish people and the business community.
