Mumbai: Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan’s new film ‘Lahore 1947’ will be released on 26 January 2025 on the occasion of Indian Republic Day.
According to Indian media sources, the shooting of the film is going on in full swing and it will be completed before June 2024.
According to sources, Aamir Khan will also make a special appearance in the film, while Sunny Deol will play the lead role.
Directed by Rajkumar Santoshi, the film stars Karan, his father Sunny Deol, Preity Zinta, Shabana Azmi, Abhimanyu Singh and Ali Fazal.
Shabana Azmi will be seen in Aamir Khan’s film ‘Lahore 1947’ opposite Dharmendra’s son Sunny Deol.
In ‘Lahore 1947’, the actress will play the role of a Hindu mother who refuses to leave her mansion during Partition, which is allotted to a Muslim migrant family.
Preity Zinta will be playing the heroine opposite Sunny Deol and the two have previously worked together in 2018’s ‘Bhaiyya Ji Superhit’.
