Islamabad / Riyadh: The ministers of Saudi Arabia have assured the Prime Minister that your mission is our mission and the development of Pakistan is the development of Saudi Arabia. The Investment Minister has expressed his satisfaction with the performance of Shahbaz government and has indicated to send a delegation of Saudi investors to Pakistan soon.
According to the details, Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Investment Khaled Al-Falih, Saudi Minister of Finance Muhammad Al-Jadan and Saudi Minister of Industry Bandar bin Ibrahim Al-Khairif met separately with Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif on the sidelines of the special session of the World Economic Forum.
The Saudi Minister of Investment in a meeting with the Prime Minister called Shahbaz Sharif “Prime Minister of Action” and said that we are all aware and satisfied with your performance and speed of work.
He said that you (Shahbaz Sharif) are carrying the mission of development of Pakistan in which we all are with you because your mission is our mission.
The Saudi investment minister said that a delegation of Saudi investors will visit Pakistan soon, Pakistan is our priority in terms of investment; Strong cooperation will continue in the fields of agriculture, information technology and energy.
He said that in the past, Pakistanis played a significant role in the development of various sectors of Saudi Arabia.
Also, in the meeting between the Prime Minister and the Saudi Finance Minister, it was agreed that Saudi Arabia will find more investment opportunities in Pakistan.
The Saudi Finance Minister reiterated Saudi Arabia’s support for Pakistan’s economic development and said that Pakistan’s development is Saudi Arabia’s development. He said that Saudi Arabia made reforms at the government level regarding Vision 2030 and took difficult decisions.
Saudi Minister of Industry also met the Prime Minister, he expressed deep interest in cooperation with Pakistan in agriculture, minerals, IT and other sectors and informed about the progress.
The Saudi Minister of Industry said that he is in touch with Saudi private companies regarding investment in Pakistan and the representatives of these companies will visit Pakistan very soon. Cooperation between the private sectors of the two countries is one of our top priorities.
Talking to the Saudi Ministers, the Prime Minister thanked Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Muhammad Bin Salman Al Saud and Saudi Ministers for supporting Pakistan in every difficulty and said that my Thanks to the support and assistance of Saudi Arabia during the previous regime, our economic conditions improved.
He further said that Saudi Arabia and Pakistan are strategic partners of each other.
