The Israeli army targeted a building in Rafah, as a result of which 11 people were martyred and more than a dozen were injured.
According to the World News Agency, two million people have left their homes and taken refuge in Rafah, which was a relatively safe area, to avoid the Israeli aggression and bombing in Gaza.
The Israeli military claimed it had hit a secret hideout of Hamas fighters in Rafah where they were planning an attack on the Israeli army.
It should be noted that the United States and other allied countries also demanded not to take any military action without ensuring the safety of the lives of the refugees in Rafah.
However, Israel has started attacks on Rafah under the pretext of the presence of Hamas commanders, ignoring the warning of the allies.
It should be remembered that since October 7, the number of Palestinians martyred in the Israeli bombardment on Gaza has reached 33 thousand 899, while more than 76 thousand are injured. Half of the martyred and injured are women and children.
