Dubai: World famous Indian singer Arjit Singh failed to deliver Pakistan’s leading actress Mahira Khan during the concert, the video of which went viral.
Mahira Khan is currently in Dubai where she attended the opening ceremony of ‘Emmy Gala’ awards held yesterday to appreciate fashion and beauty, the pictures of which the actress posted on her official Instagram handle.
According to the official Instagram handle of Emmy Gala, Mahira Khan will be honored with the ‘Artist in Fashion’ award at the Emmy Gala 2024 Fashion and Beauty Awards.
After the opening ceremony of the award show, Mahira Khan also attended the music concert of Indian singer Arjit Singh, the video of which has gone viral on social media.
The interesting thing about the viral video is that Arjit Singh initially failed to recognize Mahira Khan among other concertgoers but later recognized the actress.
Arjit Singh addressed the audience at the concert and said that you guys will be surprised to know which actress I just saw at the concert, I am trying to recognize her but I can’t remember her name.
The singer said to the cameraman, can our camera reach this actress? I have also sung for his film but I can’t think of a name.
After saying this, Arjit Singh remembered Mahira Khan’s name and happily said that ladies and gentlemen, Mahira Khan is sitting right in front of me.
Arjit Singh apologized to Mahira Khan and said that I am sorry that I could not recognize you, Madam, thank you very much for attending the concert.
After apologizing, the singer also sang a special song for Mahira Khan, while the actress looked very happy on the occasion.
