Azlan Shah Hockey Cup: Pakistan beat South Korea for second consecutive victory

Lahore: Pakistan won the Sultan Azlan Shah Hockey Cup by defeating South Korea by 4-0.

Hanan Shahid, Arshad Liaquat, Ghazanfar Ali and Sufyan Ali scored one goal each for Pakistan. Pakistan defeated hosts Malaysia by five goals to four in their first match.

It should be noted that the Pakistani hockey team is ranked 15th in the world and Korea is ranked 11th. The national team will play its third match against Japan on May 7. The national team’s fourth match will be against Canada on May 8 and New Zealand on May 10.

Prime Minister Youth Program Chairman Rana Mashhood made it possible for the Pakistani hockey team to go to the Azlan Shah Hockey Tournament. Results are coming.
