Bakhtawar Bhutto is also an admirer of Maryam Nawaz

Bakhtawar Bhutto, the eldest daughter of martyr Benazir Bhutto, who has a close eye on Pakistani politics, appreciated the increase in women representation in the police force on behalf of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz.

Yesterday, Provincial Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz participated in the passing out parade of Police Training College Chohang, wearing Punjab Police uniform, whose pictures and videos are viral on social media.

Among these viral videos is the speech given by one Maryam Nawaz at the passing out parade of Police Training College Chohang which caught the attention of Bakhtawar Bhutto.

In a viral video, Maryam Nawaz expressed her happiness for participating in the passing out parade and said that she is happy to see that the first young female police officer was given an honorary sword today. There is a thousand which is less, it should be increased but I wish that the representation of women in Punjab Police should be more than 50%.

This speech of Punjab Chief Minister has also influenced Bakhtawar Bhutto.

Re-sharing the above viral clip on X, he wrote, “Very good, equal representation of women in the police force is a commendable act.”
