Islamabad: The core committee of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has expressed its reservations on the hearing of the larger bench of the Supreme Court on the letter written by 6 judges of the Islamabad High Court and said that the Chief Justice of Pakistan interveners. Instead of silent patronage of all the High Courts, make public the recommendations of the High Courts.

In the statement issued after the meeting of the core committee of PTI, it was said that organizational issues, overall political situation of the country, political strategy and future action plan were discussed in detail in the meeting.

The statement said that by delaying the cases against the founder chairman and his wife by PTI to deprive them of justice and to judge the petitioner along with his lawyers in the false, baseless, absurd and fabricated iddat case. Putting under pressure and the attack on Founder Chairman Imran Khan’s lawyer Salman Akram Raja was also strongly condemned.

PTI’s core committee said that the traces of the intervention of the secret forces mentioned by the Islamabad High Court judges in their letter are also evident in these cases.

He said that by threatening the judges or slapping the tout petitioners, shameful interference in the judicial proceedings and efforts to keep Imran Khan and his wife in prison are going on.

The core committee said that during the court hearing on the letter of the judges of the Islamabad High Court, the conduct and thoughts of the Chief Justice of Pakistan were very disappointing and anti-judiciary.

The core committee of PTI said that the Chief Justice’s avoidance of hearing on this most serious and sensitive issue in the constitutional and democratic history of Pakistan on a daily basis and forming a full court is very regrettable.

In the declaration, it was said that the judges who brought to the attention of the nation the night of bloodshed on the independence of the judiciary through their letter and gave voice to the voices of these judges deserve tribute.

The statement said that the meeting of the core committee of PTI demanded that the Chief Justice of Pakistan, instead of silently patronizing the interventionists, should bring to the fore the responses received from all the High Courts on the issue.

According to PTI, the meeting strongly condemned the economic killing of farmers in Punjab, the loss of wheat crop and the use of force against the farmers who came out for peaceful protest and in the light of the instructions of the founding chairman PTI, nationwide peaceful The preparations for the protest movement were also discussed in detail.

In the meeting, with the approval of the founding chairman PTI, the options of political cooperation with all political parties except Muslim League (N), Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Pakistan were also discussed in detail. .

Regarding the return of the leaders who separated from PTI, it was said that after May 9, it was agreed to completely postpone the matter of those who separated from Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf until the release of the founder chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf from jail.

In this regard, it was further said that it was agreed to present the requests of those who separated from the party to return to the party after their release before the founding chairman Imran Khan for a decision.
