Chinese President Xi Jinping meets with his French counterpart Macron

In Paris, Chinese President Xi Jinping met with French President Macron and European Commission chief Ursula van der Leyen.

The Chinese president called China-EU relations a priority of Chinese foreign policy.

The French President said that the international situation has made the negotiations between the European Union and China more important than before.

It should be noted that Chinese President Xi Jinping will visit Russia’s friendly countries Serbia and Hungary after his visit to France.
