Former Zimbabwe cricketer Guy Whittle was attacked by a leopard.

According to foreign media, the former all-rounder was injured in a leopard attack, after which he was shifted to the hospital.

According to reports, Guy Whittle had to undergo emergency surgery at a hospital in the capital city of Harare.

According to local media, the 51-year-old former cricketer was accompanied by his pet dog, which was slightly injured while trying to save him.

Guy Whittle’s wife has said that her husband lost a lot of blood but is now in a better condition.

The former cricketer has represented Zimbabwe in 46 Tests and 147 ODIs between 1993 and 2003.
