Hearing on the petition filed against Parvez Elahi’s transfer from Pims Hospital to Jail

A hearing was held in the Islamabad High Court on the petition filed by Parvez Elahi’s wife Qaisara Elahi against her husband’s transfer from Pims Hospital to jail.

The court restrained Parvez Elahi from being transferred from the hospital or Adiala jail to any other place without permission.

The Islamabad High Court while ordering the regular treatment of Parvez Elahi, asked for a detailed report from the Superintendent Adiala Jail by April 19.

The court ordered that the PIMS authorities also nominate an officer for judicial assistance at the next hearing. Islamabad High Court Justice Arbab Tahir heard the application.
