IG Sindh’s directive to link AVLC with Sindh Smart Surveillance System

IG Sindh Ghulam Nabi Memon has directed that the Police Anti-Vehicle Lifting Cell be linked to the Sindh Smart Surveillance System.

IG Sindh presided over the law and order meeting, which was attended by Additional IG Karachi, Zonal DIGs, DIG CIA, SSPs and other officers.

Ghulam Nabi Memon said that law and order is our first priority and all possible steps should be taken to protect the life and property of the citizens.

He said that strict action should be taken against those who buy stolen vehicles and goods.

Ghulam Nabi Memon further said that anti-vehicle lifting cell of police should be linked with Sindh Smart Surveillance System.

He said that in case of any incident, immediate registration of FIR should be ensured.

IG Sindh also said that all the officers should establish cases immediately in case of any incident.

He said that all SHOs and investigating officers should get the footages of CCTV cameras and play a role to make the investigation strong and effective, all officers should also examine the reasons behind the crime.

In the meeting, DIGCIA and other officers also gave a briefing regarding the crime and law and order situation, on which IG Sindh also issued necessary instructions.
