Venice: An Israeli artist protested in a unique way at an ongoing exhibition in Italy for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza.

According to foreign media, Rath Peter, the artist representing Israel in the ongoing international art exhibition in Venice, Italy, refused to open the lock on the Israeli pavilion. The artist also displayed a poster at the entrance of the pavilion.

The poster, made by an Israeli artist, said that the artists and organizers of the Israeli pavilion will open the exhibition when there is a cease-fire in Gaza and an agreement is reached to release the hostages.

More than 33,000 Palestinians, including women and children, have been martyred in Israel’s attacks on Gaza since October 7 last year.
