Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani’s letter to the Chief Justice for contempt of court

Islamabad High Court Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani also wrote a letter to Chief Justice Amir Farooq for contempt of court proceedings.

According to the sources, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani has said in the letter that contempt of court proceedings should be initiated on the malicious campaign.

Earlier, the Islamabad High Court has decided to proceed with contempt of court on the campaign against Justice Babar Sattar.

Sources say that Justice Babar Sattar has written a letter to Chief Justice Amir Farooq on the social media campaign, it has been decided to convert the letter into a contempt of court case.

A campaign was launched on social media regarding Justice Babar Sattar’s US citizenship, the Islamabad High Court issued a rebuttal to the social media campaign against Justice Babar Sattar.
