Mahmood Achakzai’s former caretaker minister and DC Quetta notice of 20 billion damages

Quetta: Chairman PK Map Mehmood Khan Achakzai has sent a notice of 20 billion rupees to the former caretaker information minister and DC Quetta on the allegations of plot encroachment.

Mehmood Khan Achakzai has said in the notice that the reputation of me and my family has been damaged by making baseless and fabricated allegations.

The legal team says that the above persons should hold a press conference within 7 days of receiving the notice and apologize to Mehmood Achakzai and his family, otherwise 20 billion rupees will have to be paid as damages.

The legal team further said that in case of non-payment of damages, legal action will be taken, a legal notice has also been sent to Assistant Commissioner and Settlement Officer Quetta on behalf of Mehmood Khan Achakzai.

Chief PK Map’s legal team includes Advocate Supreme Court Habibullah Nasir and Advocate Nimatullah Achakzai.

On March 3, a police team conducted an operation near the residence of Mehmood Khan Achakzai on Quarry Road in Sarbrahi of Deputy Commissioner Quetta.

Mehmood Khan Achakzai was not present at his residence at the time of the action, the plot was sealed and an FIR was also registered against Mehmood Khan Achakzai.
