Mahmood Khan Achakzai’s arrest warrant suspended

Chairman Pashtun Khaweep Mahmood Khan Achakzai’s arrest warrant was suspended.

Mahmood Khan Achakzai’s arrest warrant has been suspended by Judicial Magistrate Quetta 9, his arrest warrant has been suspended until the next hearing.

The investigation officer said that there was non-compliance with the warrant by the head of the Pashtunkhawa map.

After which the court fixed the next hearing till May 31.

It should be noted that yesterday the Judicial Magistrate issued an arrest warrant for Mahmood Khan Achakzai, Chairman of Pashtun Khawa Map.

The arrest warrant directed the police to arrest Mahmood Achakzai and produce him in court today.

The district administration had registered a case against Mehmood Achakzai on March 11 for interfering in Karsarkar.
