No obstruction on any road in the city for security reasons, Mayor Karachi

Mayor Karachi Murtaza Wahab has claimed that no road in the city is blocked due to security reasons.

In a statement, Murtaza Wahab said that there is no road in the city where there is any obstacle for security reasons. Even outside the Rangers headquarters, the road is open for traffic, not encroachment on footpaths either.

Mayor Karachi further said that if encroachments or irregularities are identified, action will be taken, the stay on municipal tax is expected to end.

He said that a mafia does not want the city to develop, tax collection through Kelectric is in the interest of the city.
