Orthodox Christians are celebrating Easter today

Orthodox Christians around the world are celebrating Easter today.

The main ceremony took place at the Cathedral of Christ the Savior in Moscow, which was attended by Patriarch Kirill.

Russian President Vladimir Putin was also present at the prayer ceremony.

According to Christian beliefs, Easter is the day of Jesus’ resurrection. And it is the biggest festival of Orthodox Christians.

On this occasion, guests are entertained with Easter cakes and colorful eggs.
