Our May 9 Million March has nothing to do with PTI, Fazlur Rehman

Jamiat Ulema Islam (JUI) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has said that our May 9 million march has nothing to do with PTI.

Speaking to host Hamid Mir on Geo News program Capital Talk, Fazlur Rehman said that his party’s May 9 Million March has no connection with PTI’s May 9.

He said that Nawaz Sharif himself is more worried than me about the election results, he is my friend and elder brother, so I know very well that the PML-N leader is worried.

JUI chief further said that he wanted to be friends with PML-N, PML-G was asking him to come to the government. But I wanted the PML-N to join the opposition and hand over the government to the PTI.
