Pakistan will not provide bases to any foreign government, Foreign Office

Islamabad: The spokesperson of the Foreign Office has said that Pakistan will not provide bases to any foreign government against any country.

Spokesperson of the Foreign Office, Mumtaz Zahra Baloch, has said in a weekly media briefing that Pakistan has good relations with the US and Iran, and will further develop its relations with both countries in the national interest.

He said that there are many channels of communication between Pakistan and Iran, and will continue the communication to increase cooperation with Iran. Discussions are continuing between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia regarding investment in energy and other sectors.

The spokesperson said that the Indian network had been active in South Asia for decades. The Indian network of extrajudicial killings has spread across the world, Pakistan has exposed the evidence of attacks by Indian agents to the world, the Indian action is illegal and a violation of international law.

The spokesman said that people have been affected by torrential rains and floods in some areas of Occupied Kashmir in the last few days, for which they express sympathy.
