Pakistan’s Eventing Paris Olympics 2024 Tour Conducts Training Camp in Sandelin, France
Ambassador of Pakistan Asim Iftikhar Ahmed visited the training camp of the eventing Paris Olympics 2024 where he met Pakistani equestrian Usman Khan and his coach Pierre Defferens.
The ambassador was briefed on the ongoing qualification events in the run-up to the Olympics. He appreciated the efforts of both to secure the berth and make the name of Pakistan bright.
The ambassador appreciated Usman’s performance in eventing – dressage, show jumping and cross country at the training center in Sandelin, France.
He also met and rode Pakistan’s horse Mirage (Aiden Du Verret).
The Ambassador appreciated the passion and determination of Pierre de France in training Usman Khan for the upcoming Paris Olympics 2024. He thanked Pierre Defferens for his hospitality at his training facility in Sandelin, France.
Pakistan will also participate in javelin, shooting and other events with hopes for equestrian at the Paris Olympics in 2024.
