Success will come the day you get rid of debt, Prime Minister

Islamabad: Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has said that taking a loan is not success, but success will be the day you get rid of the debt.

Expressing his satisfaction over the release of the last financial installment of the IMF, the Prime Minister said that receiving the last installment of 1.1 billion dollars from the IMF will bring more economic stability in Pakistan, Allah has given an opportunity to improve the economy. Will fight wholeheartedly, will bring economic development to Pakistan.

He said that in 2016, my leader Nawaz Sharif had completed the IMF program, this is the second SBA program that is being completed, and it is from the IMF to save Pakistan from default during the 16-month government. The agreement was crucial.

The Prime Minister said that bitter and difficult decisions were taken for the economic security of Pakistan, but their fruits are coming in the form of economic stability. It will come, God willing.

Appreciating the efforts of the entire economic team including Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb, the Prime Minister said that he also thanked the MD of the IMF who supported Pakistan in difficult times.
