Karachi: Chairman of Pakistan Cricket Board Mohsin Naqvi has bluntly said that the Champions Trophy will be held in Pakistan, Pakistan will host the event, the schedule has been sent to the participating teams.

He watched the third match of the T20I series between the Pakistan and West Indies Women’s teams, visited the Hanif Muhammad Regional Cricket Academy and inspected the Oval Ground.

PCB Chief Operating Officer Sulaiman Naseer and National Stadium General Manager Arshad Khan were also present with him on this occasion.

He said that there will soon be good news regarding the construction of a five-star hotel near the National Bank Stadium. National Bank Stadium will be one of the best stadiums in the world after the development work. Mohsin Naqvi said that the case of FIA raiding the PCB headquarters regarding ticket sales is not that big, the National Investigation Agency is also under me, we will solve the matter internally, if someone is doing good work If so, it will not be limited.

He said that there has been a discussion with the international consultant regarding the construction of the stadium, there is a bid for the upgradation of the stadium on May 7.
