Islamabad High Court disposed of Faisal Chaudhry Advocate’s plea against NAB summons.
When Fawad Chaudhry’s brother Faisal Chaudhry’s lawyer filed an application against NAB summons in the High Court, NAB Prosecutor Rafi Maqsood said that NAB has an inquiry against Faisal.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani remarked that you have named Faisal as an accused in the call-up notice, you should call him a seller or a purchaser instead of an accused. Do you have to arrest them at the inquiry stage?
The NAB prosecutor said that Faisal has joined the inquiry of NAB, there is no need for arrest at present.
