A large mass grave was discovered in al-Shafa hospital, 20 more bodies were recovered from northern Gaza

Jerusalem: A large mass grave has been discovered at Qaim al-Shafa Hospital in Gaza, from which the bodies of patients, hospital staff, nurses and doctors have been identified.

According to Al Jazeera’s report, a large mass grave has been discovered in al-Shafa Hospital, the largest hospital in Gaza, which was occupied by the Israeli army for two weeks.

It is feared that during the two weeks that the hospital was occupied by the Israeli army, patients died or were killed and buried in the same place.

Doctors of Gaza Hospital say that bodies of patients, nurses and others were recovered from the mass grave, some of which have been identified and cremated.

Hospital staff said that most of the patients whose bodies were recovered were admitted to the hospital for treatment during the Israeli occupation, after which the Israeli army closed all medical facilities.

In addition, 20 more bodies were found buried under piles of mud and sand in the northern Gaza Strip. It is believed that these deaths occurred when people were passing through a checkpoint and were targeted by the Israeli army.

On the other hand, the Wafa news agency of Palestine said that at least 11 people, most of them children, were martyred in the Israeli attack on the Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza. As a result of the attack, dozens of people have also been injured.

Apart from this, Israeli forces attacked a police vehicle in Tufah area of ​​East Gaza, as a result of which 9 policemen including 7 police officers were martyred.

Gaza’s Interior Ministry condemned the Israeli attack on the police vehicle and called for an investigation to bring those responsible to justice.
