Chief Minister of Pakhtunkhwa Ali Gandapur was acquitted of the case filed in Banigala police station

Islamabad: Chief Minister Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur was acquitted by the court in the case filed in Bani Gala police station.

District and Sessions Courts Islamabad, the case against Ali Amin Gandapur was heard in the Bani Gala police station, in which Civil Judge Qudratullah acquitted all the accused including Ali Amin Gandapur.

During the hearing, the plaintiff Amir Zaman appeared in the court along with his lawyer Rizwan Azam Abbasi and stated that the person injured in the incident is outside the country. The court directed to record the statement of the person injured in the firing through Skype.

During the hearing, the plaintiff’s counsel told the court that Ali Amin Gandapur was up to 109, he had been compromised. The named accused have also been forgiven. Meanwhile, due to the order of the court, the statement of the victim Muhammad Waleed was taken online. Allah has forgiven.

It should be noted that a case was registered against Ali Amin Gandapur and other accused under the provisions of firing during protest in Bani Gala police station.
